We enjoy working with adolescents and adults trying to overcome obstacles and create better communication. We will work together to come up with goals and the best treatment for you. We offer support for individuals navigating major life transitions, including identity exploration and emotional well-being during new life stages.
Fee for Therapist: $165 for a 50 minute session, $180 for a 60 minute initial session, $265 for 80 minute EMDR session
Fee for Associate Therapist: $100 for a 50 minute session, $110 for a 60 minute initial session
family counseling & therapy
We believe that in order for someone to improve, we must work at the whole system. Therefore, family therapy is important in helping clients, especially adolescents, thrive. We are not islands and we can work together to nurture healthy development.

Wedding planning can be tough and our goal is to help you not only successfully navigate where/when to get married, but also to stay married. Kassandra is specifically trained to facilitate SYMBIS, a pre-marriage assessment that is perfect for pre-engaged, engaged, and newly married couples.

Gloria is passionate about training the next generation of therapists. Supervision is one of her favorite parts of the work that she does. As a Texas State Board-Approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, she provides a safe environment to foster growth of Licensed Professional Counselor Associates. sliding scale (variable rates)
We are committed to serving people at various income levels. We offer a sliding-scale option to a certain amount of clients depending on financial income. If our fees deter you from receiving care, please feel free to email us for additional resources.
methods of payment
We accept cash, check, or major debit/credit cards, and HSA (health savings account) cards through our client portal.
insurance & private payment
We are currently not in-network with any insurance providers. We will not bill insurance companies directly but we are happy to provide you with monthly receipts that you can submit for reimbursement.
Please ask your insurance company about their out-of-network benefits towards mental health counseling. It may also be important to ask about your deductible
cancellation & no shows
Cancellations must be made through the client portal, phone, or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
